What we process

Account details (name, e-mail, phone), order details (delivery and billing address, order contents, payment method — card details are never stored by us) and technical data (IP address, browser, browsing records).

Why

To prepare and ship your order, issue invoices, meet legal retention duties and, where you consented, send you campaign news.

Who we share it with

Only as far as needed: the courier, the payment institution and bank, our accountancy provider, and public authorities on lawful request.

Retention

Order and invoice records are kept for 10 years under tax law; account data for as long as your membership lasts.

Your rights

Under Turkish data protection law (KVKK art. 11) you may access, correct or ask for deletion of your data. Write to order@lapisdovmemalzemeleri.com and we respond within 30 days.
