Right of withdrawal
Under Turkish distance selling regulations you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.
Items that cannot be returned
For hygiene and health reasons these items cannot be returned once opened: sterile needles, cartridges, tips and disposable grips; opened tattoo and PMU inks; piercing jewelry and needles; gloves, ink caps, transfer paper and similar consumables. Unopened, unused and resaleable items are accepted.
How to return
- Open a return request from your account or by e-mail to order@lapisdovmemalzemeleri.com with your order number.
- Once approved, send the item back with its invoice through our contracted courier.
- After we receive and check the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 working days.
Faulty or wrong items
If we sent the wrong item or it arrived faulty, we cover the shipping. Please report it with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
