Personal data we process
- Identity and contact: name, e-mail, phone
- Customer transactions: order contents, delivery and billing address, order history, return records
- Financial: payment method and transaction records (card numbers are never stored by us; they go straight to the bank)
- Security: IP address, browser details, login records, browsing data
Purposes and legal grounds
- Performance of a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c): taking, preparing and shipping your order, returns and exchanges
- Legal obligation (KVKK art. 5/2-ç): invoicing and statutory record keeping
- Legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2-f): transaction security, fraud prevention, service quality
- Explicit consent (KVKK art. 5/1): sending campaign and information messages where you have opted in
Transfers
Your data is shared only as far as necessary: with the courier (delivery), the payment institution and bank (collection), our accountancy and hosting providers, and public authorities on lawful request. No transfer abroad takes place.
Retention
Order and invoice records are kept for 10 years under tax law; account data for as long as your membership lasts. Once the period ends, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights (KVKK art. 11)
- Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly
- Know the third parties to whom data is transferred, in Turkey or abroad
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- Request erasure or destruction where the conditions are met
- Request that corrections and erasures be notified to third parties
- Object to a result against you produced solely by automated analysis
- Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing
