Dispatch time
Orders confirmed before 16:00 are handed to the courier the same working day. Later orders go out the next working day. There is no dispatch at weekends or on public holidays.
Delivery time
With our courier partner Aras Kargo, delivery usually takes 1 working day within Istanbul and 1-3 working days elsewhere in Türkiye.
Shipping cost
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of 250 TL regardless of order value. We do not offer free shipping. The fee is shown as a separate line in your basket and order summary.
Tracking
You receive a tracking number by e-mail when your order ships. It is also listed under Order History in your account.
Damaged parcels
Check the parcel while the courier is still there. If the box is crushed, wet or open, do not accept it without a damage report and call us.
